Alan was very helpful for the entire proceess. He was able to explain things in a clear manner and I always felt comfortable working with this dealer in general. Other dealers would simply lie about things that I knew to be false, just to try to get me in. Some dealers would not even show up to the appointment that I made. Others would pester me feverishly with phone calls, and then when I got more serious, they would stop altogether. This dealer always communicated effectively and politely, which I believe goes a long way. The process after purchase was also very smooth. I had much more trouble with my own bank than with the dealer in terms of paperwork. Great job guys! More
