The finance manager (sorry, forget his name) was also fantastic and didn't pressure me about add-ons I didn't want. Bough my truck from Baystate Ford Many years ago. I had a great experience with Chuck Jones the salesman and I love my truck a 2006 F 150 Lariat. They have serviced it and kept me running ever since. While I appreciate them being the only dealership around that could fit me in, I was appalled at the disregard for my time. I specifically explained that I had a family event and needed to pick up the car A that could fit me in, I was appalled at the disregard for my time. Anthony took me right in on a Friday at 4 pm. Because the car I bought the week before had issue with the wrench light on. They check code. Cleared code had to order part. Setup time to replace.
