Great Kid!! Brought my 2017 F-150 in for check engine light and rear window would not defrost. Although "EFFY III" was there for two weeks, Anthony stayed in constant contact with me. He also noticed there were two open recalls on her. The check engine light was a faulty intake manifold and the complete rear window had to be replaced. Parts were tough to obtain and a glass company had to do the replacement. Anthony still remained in touch. Kudos to the technician Brian. He let me watch him finish up the job today and explained everything he had done including the "whys." I did not buy EFFY III from Baystate. I did buy EFFY II. They still treated me as a regular customer. Thanks Anthony and Brian!! One more note. The factory warranty covered the work but they gave me an estimate of what it would have cost. They did not have to do that!! More
