Need more help Brought my car in for servicing,at 830am had to wait more than 20 minutes to be greeted by anyone, they were waiting on other customers. Reviewed with the man at desk what needed to be done, was told someone would call , I called at 330pn to check on my car, being told he would have to call me back , call returned within 30 minutes, was told that both problems that I brought the car in for was bigger and more costly than anticipated, so I told them to not fix theses problems , then asking if the oil change and tire rotation had been done, the man stating they can work on that now and I will call you when it is ready. Received a call st 525pm that the car was ready , and they close at 6pm , with traffic was unable to pick up car which I called and informed them that I would pick my car up in the morning, upon arrival to pick my car up I paid my bill after having to wait, another 10 minutes for the car to be brought out! Upon looking at the car I noticed that the tires had not been rotated as describe on the invoice that I pad on. Pointing this out to the man at the desk he stays. I cannot help you that is Alan who needs to help you and called around looking for Alan after 30 minutes of waiting a man in a coat and tie walked by and was asked where Alan was, the man stated at a medical appointment! I would think that his coworker wound have been told that ! The man in the cost and tie was asked to help me when I pointed out that the tires had not been rotated, by the fact that the red dots on the brand new 2werk old tires on the rear were both still on the rear. The man stated ok well if you want to leave the car and come back later I wi have them rotated , I explained that I needed to go to work because I missed work the day before because of the car repairs. He stated if it is local I will drive you there, I stated I work on the road going to many different houses , he stated well I don’t know what you want me to do? I said o guess I will have to be just an unhappy customer and take care of it later myself ! More

No “service” I went in for an airbag recall using their online appointment system which screwed up the date. Then I rescheduled there for a new date. I got there and the guy took forever.. I needed a rental which they gave me for free because it was a safety recall. But they never communicated to me that they didn’t actually have the part until I went to pick it up, thinking they had fixed it. This was maybe two weeks ago or so. Then he said he’ll put in an “emergency order” for the part but I still haven’t received a call that it’s in or when it’s due in. This is especially irritating because right on their wall it says “have you called your customer?” or something like that. So you would think customer communication is one of their core values. You would think they’d take this issue seriously considering if I get into an accident the airbag could potentially explode and kill me and/or my passenger. As a side note, I’m aware all dealership service centers are expensive but the things they quoting people on were insane. I think it was around $150 an hour labor. No thanks. These guys are getting screwed if they aren’t under warranty. More
