I don’t know the names of all I dealt with for this last purchase other than Tyler. The Woman in Finance was great. She was fast, friendly with a great sense of humor. One of the managers,I believe, was watching out for me as I waited both on Thursday night and Saturday. He as well as Tyler continued to provide updates on the status of my car even though it was not a long wait. I am happy with my new Escape and the staff at Baystate. More

Friendly efficient service. I dont like the fact that I was sold a used car(24,000 miles) that needed brakes and rotors. I bought used cars that did a front to back inspection and everything was good, new brakes, fresh oil, all switches and knobs worked. Not my car! More
