My sales person Uirys Gomes was kind and knowl I purchased a 2016 Ford Fusion from Baystate Ford last week. Overall the experience was a positive one. My sales person Uirys Gomes was kind and knowledgeable and helped me with any questions that I had. Considering I live in CT, I also appreciate that Baystate (Uirys) took the time to go to the CT registry and register the car for me - and then drop the car off at my house! This was very convenient. The only negative is that I did not receive any paperwork regarding the financing and I now need to call Baystate to chase this information. This information really should be provided to the customer along with the rest of the car paperwork. Other than that the process was smooth and I would recommend Baystate Ford to a friend or family member searching for a new or used car. More
