Con artists and liars at Baystate Ford Purchased a used vehicle a few months ago that had GPS/navigation listed as an option. This vehicle was 2 years old and priced average. Not a great d Purchased a used vehicle a few months ago that had GPS/navigation listed as an option. This vehicle was 2 years old and priced average. Not a great deal by any means. After getting the vehicle home, we found that the GPS did not work. This was brought up to the sales person who said “I guess it doesn’t have GPS then.” Once the same was final, it was clear they did not care about us anymore. Furthermore, none of the charging ports for the front seats work. A few days after purchase we took the vehicle on the highway and noticed that the front end was shaking/shimmy pretty violently. Vehicle was brought to Baystate for serving to fix the defective parts. The front end shimmy was repaired but while doing so they caused the steering wheel to not be straight while traveling straight. They never attended to fix or address the GPS or charging port issues. I have considered filing a complaint with the Attorney Generals office against this dishonest dealer. Buyer beware. I am brand loyal towards Ford but I will never return to this shady dealership that is ran by con artists. More

I've felt like I was held hostage at other dealerships in the past, as though they were shaking your hand and reaching for your wallet at the same time. It sure seems like this dealership has a different philosophy, I welcome, and think most people would, when it comes to car and truck sales. There was no pressure whatsoever. These are great people to deal with! Christine is a DIAMOND in my opinion in the car sales business. I would recommend Bay State Ford to anybody and Christine in particular. More
