Terrible experience These guys are a bunch of frauds. I came in with my Truecar voucher and yet, they still gave me a "High" initial number. When I asked about why this These guys are a bunch of frauds. I came in with my Truecar voucher and yet, they still gave me a "High" initial number. When I asked about why this is different from the Truecar number, they said because the Jeep is a hard to find vehicle, they decided to hold a little more back. LOL Why? Then, I was all approved by my own bank, yet, they kept pushing me to use their bank. Reluctantly, I had to give my credit information to them. They pulled my credit and came back with a much higher interest rate. I immediately showed them my bank approved letter. They disappeared a while and came back with the same match offer. Then, I walked out of the dealership without a deal, went on to another dealership and got a $2K cheaper on the same vehicle. I went to my bank and was informed that these guys already submitted the vehicle VIN #. WOW More

The saleman James Smith, answered all my questions as well as those as my wife and I think we impressed him with my already knowing what vehicle I wanted to check out as I had printed out the window sticker online and brought it with us.... Test drove, did the paperwork and now less than 5 days later I'm driving it and love it...... All of my questions were answered in a timely manner and even on the day of pick up James made sure I understood all the features of the vehicle by walking me thru it........ 5 stars ++.... Sam Cruz is an excellent salesman. We can't say enough good things about our experience at 495 Jeep and it all started with Sam Cruz. We asked him a lot of questions before we bought this vehicle and he went out of his way to find us just what we wanted. We didn't understand all the bells and whistles especially the navigation and he researched it, went to several vehicles, talked to his coworkers and was able to explain it to us on our level. What was particularly surprising and nice was when the sale was made and we were picking up our new Dodge Durango, he was especially patient with us to sync our phones and explain all the goodies! 495 Jeep was our first stop on Saturday morning and we had planned to visit 3 other dealerships. B5 Blue CHALLY SCAT PACK I have been bringing my 2011 toxic orange chally to 495 for a year now for everything from oil changes to general maintenance and you guys have always I have been bringing my 2011 toxic orange chally to 495 for a year now for everything from oil changes to general maintenance and you guys have always given excellent service. So when i was in the market to either supercharge my v6 chally or buy a new one Oscar in service showed me to Sean to talk about the possibility of buying a new chally. We talked and he was very friendly and informative (i had many questions because this was only the 2nd car of my life i will have bought). He answered every question with full knowledge and confidence. Even after i told him i would get back to him he didn't hear from me for weeks he did not brush me off or forget my name. When i showed up to the dealer and told him i was ready to go he jumped into action like he knew i was already coming. After talking and signing of the papers he ordered my B5 blue chally scat pack from the factory( I'm 24 this is the biggest purchase of my life so far). Over the weekend i was looking through the dodge website and saw one option i did not notice before which looks amazing on any challenger( Modern hood stripes with the word RT written in the color of the chally on black stripes). So come Monday i gave Sean a call and asked him about adding it to the car( thinking it would a simple process). But Sean had to scrap the whole order and start over with me ( i felt really bad as I myself hate to be inconvenienced) With a smile on his face Sean and I went back through the order added the stripes and he printed a whole new bill out. I do not know if any managers at the dealer will read this but Oscar and Sean are hands down top notch staff. They make me want to bring all my business to your dealer. Anyone who wants to buy a car from this dealer just talk to Sean he will not just look at you for your money, he will go far and beyond to get you into the car you want the most.
