Best Car Buying Experience Ever! Purchasing a new car is no easy task but Elliott Hersh and Barbara Tibbetts made it just that. We were in the market for a new vehicle and had found t Purchasing a new car is no easy task but Elliott Hersh and Barbara Tibbetts made it just that. We were in the market for a new vehicle and had found the perfect car while doing some research on the Mazda USA website - a 2017 Mazda3 Touring 2.5 in black. This car happened to be located at Lannan Mazda in Lowell. I was heading out of town and reached out to the dealership through email to see if it was in stock. Elliott responded promptly and that in fact the car was in stock. When we returned home we made the trip to Lowell and Elliott, by chance, met us at the door. From that point forward everything went as planned, we test drove the car, Elliott is very knowledgeable and pointed out several features and talked about his experience with Mazda. We went back to the dealership and got a full tour, walked through the service area (extremely clean) and the waiting area had all the amenities, including wifi. We then discussed price and came to an agreement, no pressure tactics. I had come in with pre-approved financing but Elliott suggested Mazda financing - I am so glad he did because it saved me in interest expense. Elliott brought everything to Barbara Tibbetts, Finance Manager, who ran all the numbers and discussed other options, such as extended warranty coverage - very professional and no pressure. The great thing is that they have DMV services at the dealership, the only thing I had to do was provide a fax number for my insurance company and they took care of the rest. Elliott suggested we leave because the insurance sometimes take a little time and we had other errands to run. We received a call from Elliott as we were on our way back telling us our new car was ready. He met us at the door and took us to the showroom where our car was waiting inside and ready to go. Elliott took the time to go over a few more things about the car and the dealership and helped us set up my iphone on the bluetooth system. I have driven the car for the past few days and could not be happier with the vehicle or the dealership. While we were out running errands I received my first scheduled appointment notification, and the first oil change is free. I would highly recommend anyone that is in the market for a new car to visit Lannan Mazda in Lowell. Elliott and Barbara were great, and if they are any indication of the rest of the employees that work there, you will not be disappointed. Dave Libby More

He was very knowledgeable and found a car that fit my wants and price range. At no time did I feel as if Elliott was just trying it get a sale out of me, he was very easy to talk and relate to. He made me feel very comfortable and I felt no pressure to just buy the car. I wish all car salesmen were like Elliott! I would definitely recommend him to anyone who is looking to buy a car. I briefly spoke with Anthony, who also was very easy to talk to and didn't make me feel pressured into buying something before I was ready. When I met with Barbara, she explained all the different payment options and warranties I could add on if I chose to. She didn't guilt me into buying extra warranties, and took the time to run different numbers depending on how much I wanted to put down as a down payment. More

I am now a proud owner of a CX 5 Grand Touring. The whole experience, as I expected, was flawless, relaxing and very cordial/sincere. All my questions were answered in great details making the decision process stress free. Elliott took his time on delivery day to go over the car's equipment and instrumentation. As a nice touch, the car was kept in the show room and out of the inclement weather up until my arrival. Kudos also to the rest of the Mazda team for their support. More

After purchasing a new CX-5 from them, I can say for myself this dealership is easy to work with. They never got pushy or impatient when I couldn't decide and said I needed some time. When I came back to make the purchase the entire team at Lannan was knowledgeable, patient, and made the process extremely smooth. Everything was completed same day - complete with the salesman setting it up with all my favorite stations and helping me move stuff into my new vehicle. Mazda was not on our list but since the dealership was close by we gave it a shot on our way home to take a look. Not only was the CX-9 the first car to put a smile on our faces just by sitting in it but our experience with our rep was effortless. He never tried to 'sell' the car to us. He listened to us and really tried to find out what we were looking for. Nate was new and didn't have all the answers but that didn't stop him from finding them out. We went back the following evening and met Blain in order to test drive the CX-5. Blaine hands down has the best customer service skills that both my husband and I have encountered (that is a combined 25 years of retail and technology sales). Nate and Blaine worked as a team along with the rest of the men and women at Lannan. They honestly changed our experience and idea of what a car salesman should be. Not pushy or trying to make a deal but someone who really tries to get to know your needs and works to find the best fit. Not looking out for themselves but to do the right thing....and as a TEAM. Next time you are car shopping I encourage you to stop at Lannan FIRST and meet Nate and Blaine. They will change the expectations of what a care salesman should be. Now the car?....We bought the CX-9 and we love it. Through the whole process Nate and Blaine were there. Never forcing themselves on us but working as a team with us. It was so easy and fun. They were great to my kids while we were there for a few hours trying to make decisions and get to the price we needed. They called us at every turn to make sure we were happy and keep us informed. Never did I have to ask what happens next or when will you let me know. They did it all. As you can tell we were over the moon with not these 2 guys but the overall service and experience at Lannan. My husband will be looking for a new car in 2 years and we already know that we will be going to Lannan and no where else. The only reason I am hesitant to give a higher rating is because of the process each time we've gone ha Blaine was great and easy to communicate with. The only reason I am hesitant to give a higher rating is because of the process each time we've gone hasn't been as seemless as we've hoped it would be, this is the second Mazda we've leased and each time the actual paperwork to be signed has not been correct. Sheriff (husband) and I also could not seem to get a clear answer about how the residual impacts the lease amount and how the residual climbs as the model gets older--closer to the end of the model year. We left feeling like perhaps we did not get the best deal but I love the car. I appreciate how helpful Blaine was as well as how willing he was to resolve issues but we acknowledge that some things are out of his control and happen at the administrative or bank level. Barbara was also very nice and fixed the issues with the paperwork right away. I cannot rate Anthony because I never met him. More
