Going from a truck to an SUV Lannan Mazda was recommended to me from my boyfriends mother. I had originally set out to look at the Mazda Grand touring CX-5 but immediately loved Lannan Mazda was recommended to me from my boyfriends mother. I had originally set out to look at the Mazda Grand touring CX-5 but immediately loved a grand touring CX-3 that I saw in the lot. I was greeted when I walked in by reception when I asked for Barbara Tibbetts. She was with someone at the time but was promptly greeted Bryce Hanson who had been expecting me from Barbara. Bryce asked what I was interested in and then took me to a basic black touring Mazda CX-3 first and I test drove it (I liked it). He was very friendly and funny during our little joy ride through the side streets of Lowell. After test driving the CX-3 I then drove a touring CX-5 and I liked it a lot. So now I had a dilemma.. I liked both of the cars, maybe not the black color one but still had the ceramic white one in my head. I forgot to mention I have a German Shepherd who also needs to fit, so that was also a dilemma. I spent about 2 hours there at the dealer going over the differences in the sport, touring and grand touring and obviously prices. I also opened all the doors and folded down the seats in both models in the show room and was in and out of them for a good 45 minutes. After going over some things and my trade in value on the truck I asked to drive the ceramic CX-3 I liked (it was brand new with only 3 miles on it) and it was absolutely not a problem and he let me take it for a ride. I knew immediately I loved it. Barbara was also great with everything and got me the best she could on my trade in on my truck and extra warranty package. I would recommend Lannan Mazda and thank Bryce and Barbara for everything and for giving me the best deal and especially the best experience I have had at a car dealership car shopping!! More

Walking into a car dealership as a woman can be intimidating, especially not knowing a ton about the mechanics of cars, but I never once felt like I was being taken advantaged of. Flaviano was open, honest, and a total pleasure to work with. I was a little bummed that my name was spelled wrong on the finance papers so that sort of put a kink in the process, but mistakes happen. No harm. I'd definitely recommend Lannan Mazda and especially Flaviano! More

Of the four different dealers I visited this was definitely the one I looked forward to returning to the most. He kept constant communication, not being pushy but instead trying to help as much as possible. In the end he made me want to do business with him, and as a result I ended up getting a great deal on a new car. Would definitely recommend to anyone in the market for a new or used Mazda. More
Patient and helpful I purchased a 2016 Mazda CX-5 at Lannan Mazda in April. I worked with Elliott Hersh and Barbara Tibbetts primarily. My first visit to Lannan Mazda I purchased a 2016 Mazda CX-5 at Lannan Mazda in April. I worked with Elliott Hersh and Barbara Tibbetts primarily. My first visit to Lannan Mazda was during the first week of April. I came in with the objective of explaining my interests in a car and provide an idea of my budget, I was greeted by Elliot who patiently listened to what I needed, and after listening provided a few avenues to fulfill my needs, We had narrowed the search to 2 potential cars (Mazda CX-3 and Mazda CX-5.) I was able to leave the dealership that day without any pressure and just information in hand. Elliot was very good about outlining goals for my visit and making sure I left accomplishing those goals without pushing a sales agenda. This attitude carried through the rest of my visits to the dealership over the course of the April. On a couple visits, Elliot was preoccupied with other customers. The rest of the staff were quick to make sure I was taken care of and keep me on my way. I ended up test driving both cars I was interested in and looked through buying Pre Owned vs New. Ultimately, after a month filled with appointments I decided on the 2016 CX-5. This is where my conversations with Elliot and the manager Jay were on the price of the car. They were very respectful throughout negotiations and finally made the best possible deal to earn my sale. For the finance side of the deal, I worked with Barbara who was very helpful in keeping the process moving smoothly despite me needing a few changes implemented near the end of the agreement. After the purchase, I have been very satisfied with my car and Elliot has been good about checking in on me and my satisfaction with Mazda. Overall, I liked Lannan Mazda because they are patient and were not trying to push me into a car as soon as I showed up. They listened to my needs and helped me select the right car for me. In addition, Elliot was exemplary in communicating with me to keep me updated without becoming too pushy. More

Deal presented at 206/mo and no real explanation of 37/mo discrepancy, despite repeated requests. Request for Sales Mgr brought Jay Patterson who had literally been lurking in the corner. Patterson was the epitome of old style car dealer sliminess, oozing a total lack of integrity and quickly escalated into confrontation and shouting not explanation. Scenna was useless as Manager in resolving. Avoid this dealership at all costs. Note that I bought the car the next day from a competitor at the 169 price easily settled by phone. More
