Above and beyond customer service. Simply excellent. There's a reason this dealership is the #1 Mazda dealer in New England. Blaine's service was above and beyond. He is not what I expected at all from a car salesperson. He wasn't pushy and didn't try to rush me into anything, but at the same time was realistic about the availability of the specific car I wanted. He helped me narrow my search down from a few different makes and models to a specific car of a specific year and trim and package. And THEN we set about searching for one in the area. There wasn't one... so he expanded his search, put in a request to swap a car with another dealership, and when they refused a few days later, he doubled down and continued searching. The estimated timeline was about a week... he called me the next day saying he'd found one, had snatched it up for me, and was going to pick it up himself from out of state the next day. And he did. Throughout this process he was constantly in contact with me, giving me updates whenever he had one, both on and off the clock. He gave me his personal cell number and texted me to check with me on an opinion or give me another update, and even personally delivered the car to me when I was finally able to pick it up. If the rest of the sales team at Lannan Mazda is even half as dedicated as Blaine, then anyone would be doing themselves a service by shopping here. All around an EXCELLENT car-buying experience. More

I contacted many local dealerships in an effort to find the best price and no one else came close. Lucky for us, Lannan happened to also be the closest Mazda dealer around. No slick tricks here. We experienced only respectful, friendly, and helpful service (this place doesn't have the traditional car dealer vibe). My wife and I are now enjoying our new purchase, so we could both recommend getting the 2016 Mazda CX-5 Touring FWD and further strongly suggest that you try Lannan first (especially if they are local). I'm certain that if all the employees are as good as the two with whom we primarily dealt (Elliott Hersh and Sean Foley), that every deal would be a pleasure and go smoothly. I wish that I could remember every team member's name with which we dealt to give them their due credit. More

They went above and beyond in order to get us into the car that we wanted and could afford. Even though we bought the cheapest car on the lot we were treated as if we had purchased the most expensive! The service team was great as well, they made sure that our vehicle was 100%. I had done a little research on the Mazda CX-5 and knew that was the car I wanted to buy. After being approached by a very friendly, helpful, personable, and honest Elliott Hersh, I found no reason to travel to other Mazda dealerships to compare prices. Elliott was able to work with me on negotiating a reasonable price, and even helped me choose the bold color red of my car when I was unsure. He did not pressure me into any decisions, and was very patient with me the entire time. I feel it's very difficult to find a car salesperson who doesn't put pressure on customers, and didn't expect to find one as helpful and friendly as Elliott. Everyone else at the dealership seemed very friendly and helpful as well, and I will definitely recommend it to other people in the future! More

Elliot Hersh did a fantastic job walking me through the process and answering all my questions. I had a very specific budget in mind and Elliot did a great job meeting my financial requirements. If you have never leased or financed a new car Lannan Mazda will make it easy. I leased a Mazda 6 and everything I needed was covered in the monthly cost at the price I wanted. Gap coverage, registration costs, a low interest rate, and a rebate were built right in. In addition, Elliot picked me up the morning I was to get the car so I didn't need to have someone else do it. He also helped me sync my phone to the car before I left. I could not have been more satisfied. More
