Oil change was good. I had to turn around and go back to dealership when there was a rattling noise. Jonathan quickly determined the cause which was two bolts that came off the front shield. He located the bolts which were available, had them put in and minutes later I was in my way! While this should have been checked beforehand it was addressed promptly when I reported it. Thank you! More
