I came in to get my yearly car inspection, and the service was excellent. It was quick and efficient. The service was bad. Like, so bad, I will not go back. I love my Mazda, but I strongly dislike Sean, the general manager, at 495 Mazda. He let me down on multiple occasions and nowhere to be found to face m love my Mazda, but I strongly dislike Sean, the general manager, at 495 Mazda. He let me down on multiple occasions and nowhere to be found to face me. Or apologies. I wasn't able to negotiate anything off the car, he offered me an offensive amount for my car. And registered the wrong VIN number and the mistake wasn't caught right away so it delayed the process. He was suppose to call me to let me know the car was ready after it was registered correctly. I called for an hour and a half starting at 2:30pm for him to finally call back at 4PM. I headed down there immediately and by the time it was all done it was 5:10pm and I was told I would have to come back to get it inspected because the shop was closed. All you had to do was call, Sean, but you didn't. I never went back and just paid for my inspection to be done at a local shop. More
