Got my car back with a small scuff on a wheel. Wasn’t too bothered the scuff itself more so how they handled it. As usual no one wanted to own up to it even with picture proof. Not worth my time reaching out to a dealership that can’t be the slightest bit honest. I wasn’t going to even bother with a review if they had reached out. The damage was so minimal it could’ve been overlooked if they just owned a simple mistake. More

Although I didn’t help myself to any of the free beverages, I was impressed with the variety of drinks available. When my car was ready, I received a thorough summary of what was done to my car and enjoyed more pleasant conversation while I was checking out. There is a dealership and service area much closer to my home but I prefer to travel the 45 minutes knowing that I will be treated with respect and my concerns will be addressed. 495 Mazda came highly recommended and I have not been disappointed!
