Dealer was fair in the assessment of what I believe was a warranty issue. They did not charge for diagnostics however they also found no issues with the vehicle just based on the lack of fault codes. The symptoms of the issue is evident (coolant won’t go up to operating temperature verified by the gauge and obd reader) yet they could not do anything about it. I have a feeling if the car was not under warranty they would have quoted me on the repairs. Overall, quick and professional service and I understand their limitations in this matter. More

Recently brought it in for routine oil change and recommended service as the dashboard reminder popped up every day flashing in an annoying way. Natasha checked us in with a smile and Neeley cashed us out with great energy. But as we drove off that annoying reminder was flashing at us so we had to turn around and have it reset. Only complaint we ever had coming here which is 30 miles away from home as we have other dealers closer but reviews not so good. Otherwise this visit was 5 out of 5 stars. More

$375 for diagnostic charges, seriously? Mazda being such a great car company and so reliable, I wish this dealership also charged their customers reasonably.
