Best car buying experience!! We have always used one car dealer when purchasing our vehicles. When the dealer we were using seemed to have forgotten us when our lease was coming We have always used one car dealer when purchasing our vehicles. When the dealer we were using seemed to have forgotten us when our lease was coming to an end we had to look elsewhere. Someone at work had mentioned 802 Toyota. I went home looked them up and sent an E-Mail. The next day I got a response and the ball got going. Chris had gotten a hold of me with some pricing on a 17 Camry and a 17 Rav 4. We worked out a deal over the next couple of days over the phone , which was great because I am over an hour away. Unfortunately my wife and I had some plans that had gotten in the way and we could not get down there in time. I called Chris back about 3 weeks later and he was more than willing to work out another deal. Unfortunately most of the 17 Camry's had sold out so we went for the Rav 4. Chris and the team We worked with at 802 Toyota were very helpful in helping us get the price we needed for the car. Chris did a great job in working out the deals over the phone and had everything ready for us when we got there . We are very happy to have found 802 Toyota. We are definitely going to give Chris a called for my next car purchase. More

So he set us up with two test drives of different Prius models, then he made shopping and the subsequent trade in and lease negotiation easy and straightforward. A no pressure sale w/ top quality support I have been in the market for a new Tundra. I explained why I was there and he was happy to get my truck in for a trade-in estimate. Things just progressed from there - they had the truck I wanted in stock; right color, etc. We sat, we discussed options, and we ended up going home with a new Tundra!
