Arrived at my scheduled time for vehicle service. This is only my 2nd time visiting this Nissan dealership and each time I've gone, this same service guy Derryl is always there to greet. He never smiles, not only my 2nd time visiting this Nissan dealership and each time I've gone, this same service guy Derryl is always there to greet.
