Feel Taken Advantage Of. Came in for service was told I needed $1,000 worth of work done. Ended up getting $650 worth of work done with work to be done at a later date. Clamps on bottom of car I called the service center to see if there was any way possible that they could fix my car. The young Man ( I’m sorry I don’t remember his name but I called the service center to see if there was any way possible that they could fix my car. The young Man ( I’m sorry I don’t remember his name but he was awesome) who answered the phone was very courteous and said that yes it would be possible to see my car but that he was limited with only 1 technician. I explained that I noticed when leaving work that my car was making a loud noise when idling.When I got there there were very friendly and courteous. I was there for maybe 1/2 hour. The service center was fast and efficient, I would recommend your service center and staff to anyone looking for great customer service and efficient service. Thank you for having such a great staff. More
