excellent service I had to leave my car ahead of my scheduled appointment time , and although the service dept. was full and more customers arriving I was taken care of I had to leave my car ahead of my scheduled appointment time , and although the service dept. was full and more customers arriving I was taken care of by your service advisor Torrey Hall who examined my car and wrote up the work order for service allowing me the time to make my appointment. and with the full house of appointments and walk in customers called me to update me about the trouble and cost of service to correct the problem, also Torrey called me when it was finished and tested every thing OK ,I'm very satisfied with my visit it was the first time using 94 Nissan service dept. and I will return if i have any other troubles with my car. Picking up my vehicle After my vehicle was repaired and upon pick up it was found that my key fob battery was dead. Both young gentlemen who work in service were very helpful. They sought out their supervisor, I suppose, who was seated in a sales room on his phone. When they told him the issue he was unbothered, shrugged his shoulders in a dismissive way and went back to playing on his phone while telling me I need to go to Walgreens. I told him he would need to get his life together and then expressed that I would go and speak with Zac. I found Zac and told him my problem and he said NOT A PROBLEM and changed my battery then and there! I did not even report the poor service from the employee to him as it seemed as though that person doesn't care too much about his job and may eventually find himself without one sooner than later on his own merit.
