Customer service was excellent. Signing paperwork was completed within 15-20 min. Salesman Zubair is very friendly, professional, and knows all details about the vehicles. Paula Ramos, financing manager, was great and took care of the paperwork in a timely manner. I have to say that this was my first experience buying a car and to be my first car I love it. In summary, I would recommend A-1 and the people I worked with to all my friends, family, neighbors, coworkers, etc. Keep up the good work A-1! More

You are greeted when you arrive, a quick write-up and a through explanation of what is to be done to your car this visit by the service writer. Experienced technicians take excellent care of your car returning it in very good order, and when finished you pay your bill to always friendly and smiling Carol. If you ever have a concern the team really listens to you and handles it quickly and efficiently. I have given my loyality here as I have always felt that they understood my needs as a customer and have not just met them but have exceeded my expectations often. More

They were able to help us when another large toyota dealership in our area said they couldn't. The staff and experience made it worth the trip. I called to see if they could email pics and they did. Totally unprofessional, knowingly devious and dishonest. Would not recommend this dealership to my worst enemy. More
