My CAR was taken back to service 7times in 1 Month of purcha This place is a major rip off. They sell customers cars that have major problems. Have a real BMW dealership check out the car prior to purchase. T This place is a major rip off. They sell customers cars that have major problems. Have a real BMW dealership check out the car prior to purchase. The General Manager is very unprofessional and I will NEVER refer anyone to buy a car from this dealership. They claim that ONLY the owner who is currently out in Palm beach Florida. That only him can give you back your deposit/refund. It takes them weeks to get him to write a check after you give them your hard earn cash. I am going to hire attorney's and file a class action lawsuit against the dealership and General manager. I have never heard all these stories and excuses to get your money back. So I will never ever recommend this dealership to anyone on the planet. My car spent more time in the SERVICE Department than in my garage. Over 7 times in 1 month of purchasing my car from them. They claim they can never provide rentals. Then give people reliable carfax reports and a car that actually works. While they work on your car. They also make you wait hours upon hours to sign paperwork upstairs. DO NOT TRUST THEM when signing. Have your attorney present to review the 100% markup they add onto the original list price of your car!!! They do have some very nice people that TRY very hard like TJ, Onx and Kam are very good people in the Service/Sales department. But the General Manager Mike please Beware of him. However, they come up with the final numbers for your car upstairs. More

A better way Whole sale, IS actually a better way whole sale from the very 1st encounter when I called , and the manager answered me and assured me that the prices online are the very same in reality, as Dealers from the very 1st encounter when I called , and the manager answered me and assured me that the prices online are the very same in reality, as Dealership in NY&NJ, some might put a number, and when you reach there it will be a finance number, and if you will pay cash, they jack up the number . Then Johnny & Mona, where extremely courteous, very knowledgeable and not pushy, they were so keen to encompass my skepticism and answer all my questions with very clear and real answers, I had to bring my wife the next day, and still they show me 3 more different cars, although I ended up buying the very 1st one, they knew I was in need of the car ASAP, so they pushed it to be completed as it needed some fixing, and I did drive a car on the 4th day, and exactly as I wanted. I can't say enough about Mona, and Johnny they were really courteous, and I think they were without a doubt one of the main reasons I ended up buying from the dealership, and am planning to bring my brother to do the same. More

I had researched car prices online for two weeks - - every day, 2-3 hours each day. I knew exactly what I wanted. The car I purchased isn't perfect but I didn't expect that with a used car. However, the mileage was low and the price was great (more than $2,000 under the average list price). That said, we were not ready for what we walked into. It was crazy. Noisy, chaotic, and very time-consuming. There's a large open room with 8 or more large desks. More car dealers than desks, way more customers than dealers - - thereby, the long wait. In the dealership's defense, they were down one financial employee, and everyone must see a financier (even if paying cash). All in all, I'm very pleased with my car so far. The customer service rating would be lower except for the fact that we had a great dealer (Chris Foody). He was knowledgeable, competent, understanding and friendly. He kept us updated throughout the process. More

Check out the site and figure out which cars you want to see and call. I called first and spoke with Rex, told him what we were looking for and went to see him. Drove a couple cars but nothing jumped out. He said to look at a Chrysler 300c he had in his inventory. My wife loved it. I checked carfax on my ipad and had it inspected at a meineke in Waterbury. It had a couple spots of something in the paint. I still bought it for 5k below market. Brought it to my body shop and he wet sanded the spots right out. Beautiful car with 17k miles. 3 weeks later my car died, did some research about the cars online that I liked and called Rex. I loved a Caddy they had and went to drive it, it had a airbag light on so I couldn't drive it, He said he would fix it so I put down a 1k deposit. That is the way it works there, put the minimum 1k deposit and they will hold it for you. If you don't put that deposit down that car will sell anyway, they go quick so they don't need to be pushy. He brought the car to a Cadillac dealership to get it fixed for us. Awesome car and a great deal. Great service and great people. Johnny and Lewis were great to talk to. More

Understand what a wholase is before going in Danamkah jones was very helpful. I bought a grand Cherokee 2014. Process tool a while but I was able to leave with my the car all register. Cars do not look like the pictures, the two cars a looked at were dirty, one had a mechanical problem, the one I bought I could take it to a long drive, it had no gas. After I got the car with the plate on and everything, it still had no gas. Danamkah provide me with 10 dollars of gas. She did a good job with the tools that the dealer provides to her, which are minimal to none. More
