Not worth a single minute spent at this dealership..! I cannot describe the experience I had at A better Way Wholesale Autos. This will be my first and last review about this dealership. When I called I cannot describe the experience I had at A better Way Wholesale Autos. This will be my first and last review about this dealership. When I called the dealership to know the availability of the vehicle that I was interested in, I was bombarded with questions like "Sir Will you finance or pay Cash"? "Please bring $1000 deposit and we will start your process". I get it that, this is a wholesale dealer and they boast about selling 100 cars a week. (As quoted by the Sales Rep - Anna), but provided I see and test drive the car in person. So, I had set up an appointment at 5:45pm with Anna (Sales Rep at A better Way Wholesale Autos) to see a vehicle that I was personally interested in. I am welcomed at the dealership by Anna saying, “I am very busy at the moment and you can go ahead and talk to some other sales guy to help you out". ( I am not making this up and these were her exact words upon my arrival at the dealership.). I don't appreciate when someone makes a commitment and then has the audacity to come to your face and say - I don't respect your time. Since I respect my time, I still walked up to other sales rep, who seemed to be least bothered to show some courtesy in showing the car. All he said was, "look mate, I can show you the car and you sit in it and check out the hood and everything, BUT you CANNOT test drive it." At this point, I started to realize that such type of dealers are not transparent about what information they provide to the potential customers and it’s better to stay away from their business. However, I still wanted to see that what could I possibly evaluate about the car that I am interested in, if the customers are not allowed to test drive. I requested to see the car and ended up waiting for 45 minutes at the dealership for the sales rep to bring the car from some place that the dealership stores their inventory. Without further delay, I decided to drop the idea of purchasing a car from A better way Wholesale Autos. I walk up to Anna, who was as usual busy and asked her to inform the other sales rep to not bother showing me the car again ever. Lesson learnt – “Don’t believe what you see online or hear from the dealers over phone – BECAUSE not everything that shines is GOLD..! More
