Great Experience I called A Better Way Wholesale when they advertised a vehicle I was looking for at the price point I wanted. When I called the dealership my phone ca I called A Better Way Wholesale when they advertised a vehicle I was looking for at the price point I wanted. When I called the dealership my phone call was answered by Jeremy. After meeting up with him I soon realized how lucky I was that he was the person that answered my phone call. Jeremy was the ultimate professional! Though he was juggling 4 customers he never forgot that I was there. He constantly to let me know where he was with the process, how long it was going take. Apologized for the wait, even though it was not necessary for him to do so. I always get anxious when car shopping but immediately felt at ease with Jeremy. He was not pushy, he wanted to make sure I was comfortable with the decision I was making. It was very refreshing to see this from a car sales person. I would highly recommend him to family and friends. I can go on and on about his excellent customer skills but I won't. If you are in the market for a used car, please do your self a favor and ask for Jeremy. Now i got a used spare part which a Ford Dealer should put in. First of all, i was told to get a new part. Second the part i got was broken because of no packaging material in the box. I WILL NEVER AGAIN BUY A CAR THERE. And to everybody who read this. Don't go there. I regret that i didn't listen to the bad Reviews i saw on the Internet. I am Feeling sorry for the salespersons there. Do not write a Review in front of your sales Person like they would like you to do it. Do it at home. Couple of days/weeks later. We bought a 2014 Ford Fusion Hybrid. Antonio was very helpful with finding the right car for my wife. Spend too much time waiting I did not like the fact that each car had to be taken from another lot, so in between each car there was a lot of waiting time.
