We went to another dealership first because they had great reviews, but felt we probably weren't getting the best deal so we decided to just check this place out and weigh our options. We applied online and received an email from Miriam, I called Miriam later on to follow up on my application and she took the time to inform me on what to expect when buying from them. I could hear all the noise in the background that appeared a lot was going on, but she took her time and asked if we wanted to stop by. We made an appointment for the following day and this place was extremely busy. Miriam came to us and sat down with us and we went through all the details. From start to finish Miriam was always attentive, polite, professional and courteous with us. She was the total opposite of what a salesperson stereotypically is. It was a long process to purchase the vehicle, but understandable due to the high traffic on the weekend. I asked Miriam if we could write a review and i did so at the dealership and doing so now because I have never received customer service as great as this, especially when a place is so busy and everyone is looking to be serviced. My wife and I thank Miriam and Sharon in finance for the great service and will buy here from now on. More

I have heard nothing but horror stories about used car and i hope this one does not blow up in my face but i have to say that our rep Jeremy was the best part of the experience. He seemed to be up front, direct, straight forward and answered all my questions. I ahve already given his name to 2 other parents that will soon need to help buy cars for there loving teens. The dealership/buiness seems amazing, i sat on the outside wall for about 2 hours becuase the sat we showed up was out of control busy! No problem waiting i understand I am in custoemr service also. I do have to say that the overall process from when you find the car you want to driving off the lot takes WAY to LONG!! I would highly suggest that this portion of this amazing buiness be looked into and streamlined in a more orderly way. Please do not take this as a negative and the dealership offers there customers water, soda, coffee etc but asa working single mother I found the total time spent waiting was way to long.
