Not your typical dealership I think one of the most useful reviews I read on here mentioned that this isn't a typical dealership, so you have to go in with different expectations I think one of the most useful reviews I read on here mentioned that this isn't a typical dealership, so you have to go in with different expectations. These guys are high volume dealers, they sell about 100 cars per week. I've never seen so many people at a dealership. I was helped by a gentleman named Miguel who was great. I felt a bit haggled & pressured to buy their extended warranty coverage, otherwise the experience was good. I've only had the car a few days so I'd like to come back later to update on the quality of the automobile I purchased from them. More

A once in a lifetime experience. I will never go back! I was not allowed to test drive the vehicle on the highway because of "insurance issues." Didn't discover the vibration until I bought the truck and s I was not allowed to test drive the vehicle on the highway because of "insurance issues." Didn't discover the vibration until I bought the truck and started driving home on the highway. Also then learned about the thump thump when braking from high speeds. Within one week of purchase I spent over $1,000 on repairs. I didn't trust their repair people to do the job after they had found it to be without problems.I should have checked the A Better Way web site reviews---average 2 stars with lots of unhappy customers.
