This service department updated a software system on my car without the needed replacement parts and sent me on my way. Two days later My check engine light comes on and then my car went into limp mode 60 car without the needed replacement parts and sent me on my way. Two days later My check engine light comes on and then my car went into limp mode 60 miles from home! I brought it back and they said they would fix it with the new parts. Instead they replaced the recall part and cleared the codes!! They cleared codes to get my car back out the door!! Now 1 day later my check engine light is back on. I had ZERO issues until bringing it in for a recall update. More

While the leasing experience was okay, the out of state tag/registration experience was hilariously incompetent. They let my first tag expire and sent me a new tag/registration for a completely different v tag/registration experience was hilariously incompetent. They let my first tag expire and sent me a new tag/registration for a completely different vehicle with an incorrect name. My HOA tows vehicles with expired tags so I had to hide it in a corner with the plate hidden while these disorganized folks sent me a new temp plate (note: I had leased the vehicle for 90+ days at this point) instead of a final registration/plate. I suspect they were just stalling to prevent any early lease buyout but maybe just a complete mess internally. More
