Schedule an appointment for oil change. Ask the rep Whitney to please make sure I still have complimentary oil changes on my plan 3 or 4 times. Drive all the way there early morning and as I’m waiting inside the guy states my plan is expired and it will be out of pocket which I can’t afford since I just lost my job as I explained to the rep to please confirm it would be covered for free. Ended up leaving without an oil change and wasted gas. More
