I’m leaving this review so other buyers don’t experience the financial impact and stress that I did. I purchased a 2024 Hyundai Santa Fe from ALM Hyundai West that was represented as a clean-title vehicl the financial impact and stress that I did. I purchased a 2024 Hyundai Santa Fe from ALM Hyundai West that was represented as a clean-title vehicle with only a minor prior issue (a sensor replacement). Based on that representation, I paid a price consistent with a clean-title vehicle. After a minor accident, my insurance company valued the vehicle more than $14,000 lower due to title history that was never disclosed to me. None of this information was provided at the time of sale, and the documents I signed indicated the vehicle was not salvage or reconstructed. While prior bodywork was mentioned, the extent and impact of that prior damage were not accurately represented, as reflected by the significant reduction in value. During this process, I was still required to make four monthly car payments while trying to resolve the situation, which created significant financial stress for me and my family. I contacted the dealership directly to discuss this, and the response I received was dismissive and unhelpful. There was no effort or response to review or address the situation. It ultimately took five months to resolve through my insurance, which was far more money, time and stress than it should have taken for something that should have been transparent from the beginning. I strongly recommend that anyone reconsider purchasing from ALM Hyundai or ANY ALM dealership and INDEPENDENTLY verify the full history and value of any vehicle through MULTIPLE third-party sources before purchasing. ***** The information presented to me at the dealership did not match what was available through independent sources, which reflected a much more extensive vehicle history than what was disclosed. This service department updated a software system on my car without the needed replacement parts and sent me on my way. Two days later My check engine light comes on and then my car went into limp mode 60 car without the needed replacement parts and sent me on my way. Two days later My check engine light comes on and then my car went into limp mode 60 miles from home! I brought it back and they said they would fix it with the new parts. Instead they replaced the recall part and cleared the codes!! They cleared codes to get my car back out the door!! Now 1 day later my check engine light is back on. I had ZERO issues until bringing it in for a recall update. More

AWFUL COULD NOT GET ANYONE TO CALL BACK NEEDED A SIMPLE RESET ON AN ABS MODULE. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE WORST IN ATLANTA.
