Hello Miss Dekker, Thank you so much for your feedback, we truly appreciate it. We actually spoke on the phone 2 days ago, so I remember you pretty well. You actually purchased a car with a 108,000 miles and it was actually 4 months ago, November of 2022. Your engine and transmission was actually covered under warranty, however due to customer negligence your claim was denied by the warranty company. If a car is over heating, you are supposed to pull over and get it towed to a mechanic, however when they inspected the car they clearly noticed that this car was driven for a very long time after it started over heating. They were nice enough to cover the head gasket out of goodwill, but they cannot replace the whole engine based on customer negligence. Its not a fun situation to be in but this could've been easily avoided if you took this to a mechanic sooner. If you would like to discuss this further please email me at psingh@almkennesaw.com

We are a very high volume dealership, we price cars very aggressively, we have a first come first serve policy unless their is a financial commitment towards the vehicle (for example, a non refundable deposit). Maam, just to clarify, your car is getting warranty work done at a MBZ dealership, and its taking a long time because of the GLOBAL supply issue. That is obviously not ALM's fault, we sold you a used car, as is, just like any dealer would nationwide. It is mam, not sir. AND I did call your dealership-REPEATEDLY and was basically told it is not their problem anymore. Yes, it is getting quality work done, but I bought the car in April 2022 and had it in my possession 19 days! In those 19 days, it died on a highway and left me stranded twice!! I have had 2 batteries replaced (even though it was replaced on 8/21 by your dealership) and a engine light issue that is still being worked on. Yet, I was sold a car that, "".....is in perfectly good running codition." You can gladly have this car back as soon it is out of the shop. If fact, I can have it shipped straight to you from the shop.

This issue was originally fixed by the MANUFACTURER (Mercedes Benz), the car passed inspection while ALM had it in possession, we sold it to you, and the issue occurred again, which is why they are still covering it under warranty because they were the ones to originally fix it. The delay is due to the Manufacturer having a supply issue, not ALM. If you would like to trade out of it, I will have my sales department reach out to you, or you are welcome to email me directly and we can work out a deal. Please let me know, we are here to help.

We do not buy cars back, I was trying to be nice and help you out by giving you a very good trade in value to get you out of the car, but your attitude is not allowing me to help you out. Nitoj-I did reeach out to your dealership to purchase a reliable car that works. I was promised that the car was "running in perfect condition without a mark on it." With 5,000 miles on it, you would think it would not die in the middle of a highway TWICE in less than 3 weeks of purchasing the car. My numerous phone calls to ALM were fuedal as I was told that "nothing can be done." I understand you are not held accountable for the car itself, however, your owership in selling an obvious defective car to someone is dishonorable. Any item bought from a store that is flawed is returnable if the customer is not satisfyied. I had the car in my garage 3 weeks since I bought it in May and it is still in the auto shop. Your response to me? .."We don't have to do anything-have a nice day." THAT is the reason I will contine to let other customers know what they will be dealing with.

Keep in mind, your car is being repaired for free by the manufacturer, you were advised this car is a "manufacturer buyback" before you purchased, you signed multiple documents understanding you are purchasing a "manufacturer buyback", you made the choice to buy it, no one else. The car was in perfect driving condition at the time of delivery, which is why you took delivery. When you buy a used car, especially a used German car, repairs are common, fortunately yours was covered under warranty and is being repaired for free. You are not happy because their is a global supply issue and you want to blame ALM for it. We even offered you to trade out of the car, but your attitude was horrific to the point where we do not want to business with you. We have been in business for almost 20 years with a great dealer rating, we wish you all the best.

I am not happy becasue your ALL LIVES MATTER business is TERRIBLE. I called numerous times this summer shortly after receiving this car and they were unreturned. In fact, I called up until last week and have gotten nothing. NO quote on a trade in, nor a concerned phone call as to why this car doesn't work. I choose delivery becasue I live 728 miles away and was assurred this car, with less than 5,000 mile, was in perfect working condition. Not less than 13 days after receiving the car, it had to be flat bedded to a repair shop. ANY used car with less than 5,000 should not need to be flat-bedded anywhere unless it initially was not in good working condition to begin with. Anyone would agree with this statement no matter where the car was manufactured. The global supply issue has not been an issue for me as I have had 4 rental cars so far and this is now month 5. I have been very patient with the Mercedes Benz coordinator, Justin as he can tell you how patient I have been as we speak on a weekly basis. In fact, he and the manager there don't understand why I haven't been given my money back for this car. Please feel free to call them as I am sure they will tell you the same thing as they have told me. My attutidude??? How about "...we can't do anything for you. Have a nice day." Sarcasium and unwilling to help an unsatisftied customer does not bode well for you or your establishment.
