Darius asked me all kinds of questions to get me to think about what it was that I wanted and what features I was looking for. I’m thankful that he did because the car that I originally wanted was not a good fit for my family so I went with something that was and that I know I will love. Also got it at a good deal...who can complain about that? Darius is very friendly and professional which is always a plus when working in customer service. You’ll want to START your search for a car with TREE!!! We’d just closed on a “deal” (with NC dealer) that didn’t feel right and had become a pain in the a** TBH. My Husbands dream car!! LIKE IT WAS MEANT TO BE!! I called the dealership immediately and the most helpful person I’ve EVER dealt with answered. I could hear his smile instantly which set me at ease. The whole expierence had the exact same tone! Tree went above and beyond when it came to getting the car we wanted and And taking care of our every need. He planned ahead and had us ready to walk in and walk out with a new car in under an hour which was so refreshing! Rico was professional/calm and did not insist that I hurry in prior to closing, which I loved. I hate to feel rushed and/or pressured. Once I arrived, I settled on a car...changed my mind three times, test drove two cars, researched pros/cons - car ratings, CARFAX, needs analysis, payment options, maintenance - all with Rico's professional guidance!
