Great overall experience I first contacted the dealership via telephone and spoke to a gentleman name “Tree”. I explained to him exactly what I was looking for and the price/r I first contacted the dealership via telephone and spoke to a gentleman name “Tree”. I explained to him exactly what I was looking for and the price/rate that I wanted. He called me back to go over what he had to offer me and he was pretty spot on. I told Tree that I did not want to be in the dealership all day long, so we pretty much did all of the negotiation over the phone. Chris, the money man, called me back and they presented to me my complete total cost plus GAP insurance. I advised them that I would be there on Saturday to make the deal final. My wife and I pulled up on that Saturday and met with Tree. They had the vehicle already washed/ gased and pulled out front when we got there. The truck was in great condition and the test drive was as expected. Chris and Tree had All the paper work already ready for me when I got there and there were absolutely no changes from our previous phone calls. No hidden fees! This was hands down the best car buying experience that I have ever had! Two Thumbs up ALM Kennesaw! I highly recommend this dealership to anyone and of course, ask for “Tree”! More

When I first went I was helped by a guy who went by the name Mayo. He was easily one of the most knowledgeable salemen I've ever worked with. He was honest and didn't try to pressure me at all. He would go the extra mile to help me out to get me the car I wanted at a good price. By the time I got the car though I worked with a guy named Jim. He was also a fantastic salesman, being honest about what he thinks of a car as well as helping to set realistic expectations. He talked to you as a person, not just as someone who he needs a sale from. They sold me an Infiniti q50 and when I look for a new car in the future I'd love to come back More
