They did quality work and the vehicle seems to be running better than it did before hand. Communication was not my salesperson's forte. I did not feel much courtesy was extended to my family who accompanied me. I didn't need a sales pitch because my mind was made up before I had even arrived, but I would have appreciated feeling more welcomed. For the dealership, I question how you can have people coming in to make a significant purchase and there isn't even a complimentary bottle of water in sight? You have a giant building that is barely being used, with a giant atrium and just a little galley of desks for your salespeople? Quite frankly, it looks unprofessional.The final straw was when my electric vehicle was not charged upon pickup. I've just purchased a brand new car that I'm excited to drive home and I sit down to only 35% battery available? It was a huge disappointment and it shows a total lack of commitment to creating a positive customer experience. More
