Will not recommend to anyone. Very unprofessional advisor(Maya). Needs basic customer service training skills. She kept addressing me as “Love, Baby or Lovebug”. I had my car towed to the shop to replace the battery that was covered under my warranty and I was was told so many conflicting stories as why this simple fix took almost 10 days to finally get complete. Then to my surprise she included some false information about additional services that I asked for, but I didn’t ask for only my battery to be replaced. When I went to finally pick my vehicle up there was a charge for $149.00 added to my bill. I didn’t ask for any other services to be performed, so the advisor on duty a gentleman by the name of Levar told me to disregard the payment said owed and apologized for the entire ordeal. This should have been a simple and quick fix but instead turned into a complete mess. More
