Some of the associates are very unprofessional. I was initially sent away in the wrong car (same exact car, wrong VIN) so I had to come back. Then the salesperson asked me to drive across the street to f initially sent away in the wrong car (same exact car, wrong VIN) so I had to come back. Then the salesperson asked me to drive across the street to fill up the tank… WITH HIM IN MY PASSENGER SEAT! A day later I was told I was given an invalid tag and asked to come back for the 3rd time. I requested them to bring it to my house and they said they would. That was days ago and I still haven’t received my new tag. Meaning I’m driving with an invalid tag. Customer service was poor but their financing worked out perfectly for me compared to my other options… More
After the scheduled Maintenance Service, my car is no more driving smoothly. a. the brake could barely stop and it makes loud sound. b. the sound of the car is loud when the engine starts and whil more driving smoothly. a. the brake could barely stop and it makes loud sound. b. the sound of the car is loud when the engine starts and while driving. c. the steering makes sound when parking or reversing. I returned the car twice with the above complaints and replacements of both the front and back brake pads along with resurface rotor were fixed and paid for. Up till this moment, the brake is still not functioning well, the sounds of both the engine and steering persist. I feel unsafe driving the car. It looks like the more the problem of the car will be, if I return to complain again. More

Most of all, I like that he made sure I had a good monthly payment and directed me to the best financial rep to finish the process. General Manager and Jasmine B very responsive and kept their word. Jasmine was my second salesperson and she took the time to save my deal, keep me motivated, and communicated changes good or bad. I am having issues with the car; I’m not enraged, she said she would help me resolve it or direct me to who can help me trade out of the vehicle if possible. She could genuinely stick and not care about the quality of care she sold me. It’s a business, it’s still about people feeling good about the black eye you receive when buying a car. More
