You all need to change that cause I could have took my business else where and drove off with a suv that I was looking for . For one the suv I reserved for wasn’t there when I got there then have to wait on my car and it’s paid in full but I’m left without a car until my car arrives. Then I was charged for something I wasn’t aware of until I signed paperwork. So they added something on my contract without asking me in the beginning do I want it or not. That’s why I’m not satisfied as well with the sale.

We registered the vehicle at point of sale to where you live, unfortunately we will not change the address to a different state. I stated these items to you with your email to me. Incorrect sir, I was told that my registration would be set for the state that was on my license and I was instructed to bring proof of residence. I brought two forms of mail with the address that was on my license, but your team didn’t look at those documents. Your team made the assumption that I was registering my vehicle with Alabama because I currently live in that area due to military service. I’m currently in the process of moving back to my home of record (where my vehicle should have been registered). I brought this error to the attention of your team when looking over the paperwork. The response was that it would be easier for me to call the DMV because they would have to restart the paperwork process. I was gullible enough to believe that. I called the BMV and the lien holder and none them have received any of the needed paperwork to make the switch. And the paperwork was just sent yesterday, I purchased the vehicle nearly two weeks ago.
