The manager Rachi Stiles needs to be retrained. I have never had someone assume what a car is worth and how much I would owe. Service Manager, Service Writer and greeters are all very friendly and professional. This dealership service department goes over and above to help solve service issues. The "Italian" Service Manager was very rude was very informative nor knowledgeable about the $699 plan that ALM forces you to purchase.
