Of course not sweetheart your not going to resolve any issue I have because I know Chris been in your office probably 5+ times and told you my name, and my car several times. Oh I'm xxxxing pissed because literally y'all see weak cars that you DO NOT SERVICE, NOR FIX! So I'm done with y'all I've been wanting to bring this xxxx car back numerous occasions and I've been told I can't the deal is sealed, I'll have to put down ect ect xxxxxxxx I just got this car last month on the 25th I haven't even gotten a chance to get a tag nor pay my first note. So trust me when I say y'all are terrible the absolute WORSE, I've heard people say they've gotten bad cars from y'all and brought them back but me trying to be nice and vouch for my friend was the most worst mistake I've made, thank you have a good day

Thank you, but due to your staffs incompetence, I waisted time, money, and used unnecessary stress for a situation that could have been handled more professionally. I feel ALM was friendly until after I made the down payment, then they became stand-off-ish and unconcerned…out of 1000s of cars…it shows if 1 customers car is missed, I suppose to you…it’s oh well back to business, but remember if it happens to me it can happen to other customers and that sir is bad for business.

I do appreciate your response, and thank you for admitting to missing the inspection and of course mistakes do happen. As a manager myself it’s understandable, also as a manager I work with my team to take accountability, but most important too make things right and do the right thing… also as a manager, I’ll defend my team… but a mistake to you is costly to your customers. As your customer I called your team incompetent only because of the evasion…using good ethics means. I can look you in the eyes as a business man speak on the truth of a mistake as I’m making things right…known of this happened…with all do respect Sorry doesn’t fix this issue, because of your team’s mistakes…I’m left with the problems from the lack of the inspection. From this I’ve learned a lesson and from your email hopefully your team has as well.
