The item I wanted to be removed as to be removed from the dealer side. Its the package I was told comes with all the cars. But when i did my research and spoken with the bank who finance me . Let me know that dont have the same paper work. And on the paperwork it states that i am not required to purchase this coverage to have the car. The car was purchase on the 7th of this month and still at the dealership. I asked those items / contact be removed. I was told it will be removed. All i asked for was gap and electrical warranty (self-care). As i looked , a paint job that was owed to me for the car , was added to my paper work, the car was not detail, then 7 days later its just getting painted, and detail. I asked that i be provided with a loaner car while i have been forced to wait for my new purchase. And i was told no, until asked that the tire care is taken off , i asked that the exterior and interior and molding and alley be removed off as well. I dont and didnt not ask for that. I was double charge, had to come and show upnto asked for my money. It was more then a mistake. So now , what are you going to do to fix

Jerry the we owe you ,sheet that i sign along with your sales women and miss jones , some how was lost . And Joseph asked for them to find it. And to honor what needed to be done. At this point its june 29th and the car is still in the possession of your dealership. I have contacted the bank. I Want either my request to be meet for a car i didn't even test drive. (Driving in the parking lot is not a test drive. ) TIRE COVERAGE AND Nea PAINT AND Fabric $1,995 And additional Surface protection $3,999 I DIDNT ASKED FOR THIS AND WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE REMOVED JUST COME BACK IN THE MORNING. LINE 3. STATES I DONT HAVE TO PURCHASE THIS TO PURCHASER THE CAR. FIX IT. OR A UNWIND IS NEXT.
