I will never make a purchase here again. I purchased a Mercedes Benz Eclass with a broken front windshield, scratches all over the car, and all four rims were damaged. After complaining about all of the damages, I was provided a we owe agreement. Although they agreed to fix the damages, they had no intentions of really fixing the damages. I was told the window would be replaced the very next day after I purchased the car. Almost 3 weeks after making the purchase, they finally repaired the window and corrected other issues with the car. I had to constantly call and speak with management and others about this car. They communicate with each other very poorly and never relay messages. After going back and forward, I finally spoke to the right person in management. Once I spoke with him, he put things into motion and got things done. This is my 2nd purchase from ALM South and most definitely my last. I had similar issues with my first car. I was provided a we owe agreement but the repairs were never done. Please go somewhere else to make your purchase unless you want to have issues with your newly purchased vehicle. Some of the most polite and attentive folks I have ever worked with and for the first time in my life, I feel like I got a really good deal on a new car. Horrible experience. Found a car online for a great price. Visited this location on a Saturday (6/5) and Kevin Elder told me this car was a trade in that hadn’t arrived yet & that he had no idea when the car was supposed to arrive. He told me to call constantly everyday to check the status, but seemed irritated that the car was listed at such a great price. I called the following day (6/6) and spoke to Jasmine B. She was very friendly and answered all my questions. Per our conversation, I sent my info to put a 2 day deposit down to block anyone else from getting the car and lock in the price as the car was supposed to arrive Tuesday (6/8). I attempted to keep contact with Jasmine to no avail. A week goes by without any communication. Finally got in contact with Jasmine the next Monday (6/14) to check the status. She claimed the car still hadn’t arrived, but the price suddenly jumped $5000 (2 weeks after being listed) and the only way I could have locked in that first price was to pay for the car in cash or finance it.
