It was extremely difficult to gain access to my car without jumping through multiple hoops that I met each and every time. The process started out really well and 4 hours later. It turned into a 5 day without jumping through multiple hoops that I met each and every time. The process started out really well and 4 hours later. It turned into a 5 day nightmare. No timely, professional communication from anyone at the dealership and this even includes the general manager. It took multiple emails, phone calls and text to finally receive my car. My credit union which I financed the car through even had to get involved in finding out why they wouldn't release the car to me. It was the worst experience I've ever had and I've bought 6 cars in 20 years. I'll never do business with this dealership again. More

Knew what I wanted which made the processes even quicker. The salesman was very pleasant and attentive. The car was “detailed” after the test drive, while we started the paperwork. Seats had spills, and I found some of the previous owners trash in the trunk and glove box and debris under the seats. Overall pleased with the experience, just not happy with the cleanliness of the car on delivery. More
