I apologized for my reactions that were caused by the events of this ordeal, not because i was out of line or even in the wrong. I apologized because i simply shouldn't have reacted that way. I never said that i wouldn't get a response either. I said that it was poor communication and not timely responses. However, i have the emails that show that every email i sent was not responded to. To show how poor communication is within your dealership and to explain the poor communication with your customers. Ask Kevin how many times he talked to the credit union Friday alone. I also have emails that Aliyah sent your staff with me copied on them that never got a response. Literally, there are over 70 emails alone since Friday. Also, your dates of the check and delivery of the car are wrong. The check was received at the dealership Monday morning and it took me until Tuesday evening to get the car delivered.
