Unprofessional service. Took 2 weeks for a battery to be changed. Tried calling multiple times to check on the progress of my service only to be transferred and eventually h Took 2 weeks for a battery to be changed. The one time I managed to get through I was met with a voicemail message that told me the mailbox was full before promptly hanging up.
