You take me for a foo I came in to try to buy a Honda Accord. My main complaint is with Amir and Rod. I have been in two accidents and they were not my fault. The cars were I came in to try to buy a Honda Accord. My main complaint is with Amir and Rod. I have been in two accidents and they were not my fault. The cars were both totaled out. Rod (the sales manager) doesn’t need to be a sales manager. Anybody who talks out the side of their mouth you should know that they are full of xxxx. I was there from 12:30 to 8pm and still didn’t fully get the car. Rod says that this is the only car that the bank will give me. He knew that he could come down off of the car because of that. Rod had me to sign off and state I would pay 500 down payment but when I get to the finance Sabrene states the bank says a 1000 down. Rod wants to shoot me a lie and say the bank changed their mind just that quick. Rod dumb xxx don’t need to be any kind of manager if you think I’m going to fall for that lie. Amir wants to be slick. You said that they were new brakes and that was a lie. You said you were going to have them to check them out and you lied again. I kept asking to see the other Honda. Rod and Amir kept lying and saying that they couldn’t take the other car out of the system because the banks wouldn’t approve it. They wouldn’t even let me see the car or test drive it. I’m going to let the world know that you kept me there all this time and didn’t offer me anything except xxxxxxxx. I didn’t deserve this kind of customer service. I could have gone somewhere else and the nerve. This lets me know not to trust car salesmen. They will sell their souls to the devil just to sale a car. I always say don’t waste my xxxx time. Afterwards Amir didn’t even do what they told him to do. Amir was supposed to follow me to Kroger because I didn’t have anybody to drop the car off. All of the workers and Amir says he doesn’t have anybody to drop off the car. More
