Great Inventory, poor customer service ALM South had a good selection to pick from and I got a great deal on my 2013 Honda CR-V, I will provide some constructive criticism though. Mike Ugo ALM South had a good selection to pick from and I got a great deal on my 2013 Honda CR-V, I will provide some constructive criticism though. Mike Ugo helped out a lot in the sales process. Janice helped with our paper work. However, after we agreed on the sale with Mike, we spent a lot of time waiting around without any communication regarding what we were waiting for or how long we would wait. We waited for close to an hour after Janice told us she would be with us in a few moments. We had to find someone to track her down for us. After finding her, she gave us attitude about the ordeal. If we had not agreed to the sale, we would have walked out. Immediately after driving off the lot, the gas light came on with less than 5 miles to empty. I should have noticed this before driving off the lot, but it still shows room for growth in ALM's customer service. A little communication and going the extra mile goes a long way to bring back repeat customers. It would have turned an "okay" buying experience into a great one. More

Good buying experience I like these good folks and had a good purchasing experience. My only complaint is I had to take my BMW truck back twice in 5 days. They have it now. They are repairing it with no hassle and indicated that they stand by their products--which I was happy to hear. This is my 2nd purchase from them. Since I didn't have a bad experience I would purchase from them again ---the truck is used so I expect it to have issues down the line--not two days have purchasing it. The shop manager was honest about the repairs --the sales lady was upfront about everything -- the finance people worked with me....again the staff was great. More

Our salesman Samuel was attentive and respectful. I explained that I wanted a hassle free experience and did not want to spend my day at the dealership. I made a no nonsense offer and was delighted to have the deal worked out in record time. We were in and out in about 2 hours. Priceless. Our car was detailed and a kind young man took the time to show us all the bells and whistles. Big thanks to all involved in this experience. Thank you ALM team!!! More

Apprehensive but relieved and impressed I bought from ALM from out of state (4.5 hours away) and did most of the deal over the phone. I was very apprehensive since I was not on site. Texting, emails and phone calls slowed the process a little but when I got there everyone was great! They took care of everything I needed quickly and really put my mind at ease during such a big purchase. I had read some negative reviews on ALM South and I have my own opinion of why those particular people didnt like doing business there. I would recommend ALM to any one of my friends or family. They were great and I love my new Tundra! More
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! I bought car from ALM South on March 26 with a check. The dealer, Bre' rushed us out the door with only the bill of sale and when I tried to call to r I bought car from ALM South on March 26 with a check. The dealer, Bre' rushed us out the door with only the bill of sale and when I tried to call to received the car fax report and other documents I was told it was too late. My temporary tag expired about May 9 and I tried to go the tag office but was unable to get a tag because my paperwork was not processed. After speaking with corp and manager at ALM South Danny, the manager told me the dmv was behind and it would be another at least 7 business days before my paperwork was processed. About May 15, I found out that I was sold a bad key, ( key that only works for the ignition and not the car ). Every time I try to call ALM South to talk with them I am put on hold for over 15 minutes then hung up on. They refused to give me a key to fit my door and on top of that on June 1, when I went to try to receive my tag again I was told my paper work was still not processed. SO, today is June 1, 2017 and I still cannot get a tag, I have not received the title and I have to pay almost an extra 300 or more to get a new key for the car. More
