04 GMC Yukon Denali Drove 3 hours from Tennessee to purchase this unit after being preapproved. Jeremy did a great job in following up with me if it wasn't for that then I would not have purchased the unit. The deal took longer than expected around 3 hours but that was some of my fault for not having everything ready and part of the banks stipulations. Had a real pleasant visit at the the dealership and everyone was real friendly. ***The only bad thing that happened was the unit was almost empty on gas which is understandable because probably not good having a full tank of gas setting for months without being used. So you would think after the deal is being finalized they would go ahead and fill the tank with gas and have it ready to go. Well when I asked them about it they tried to avoid the issue as if it was a common occurrence. They finally said they have a gas card but can only put $15 in gas which was better than just ignoring the issue. After I left the dealership it cost about $40 bucks to top the tank off. Now here is my problem the dealer is going to make decent money from the deal and that's obvious because they purchased it and try to fixed things that are damaged and cleaned it up. Which ALM South seems to have high standards of selling great units but by not filling gas tanks up after purchase it leaves me thinking what other corners did they cut in order to make a $$$*** More

Jeremy was friendly both on the phone and in person. I called him about the car we saw on-line that we wanted prior to our visit to ALM South. Jeremy had the keys at his desk ready and waiting for us to test drive when we arrived. Despite the fact that it was cold and raining, Jeremy never complained about having to be outside. In fact, he said the best day to buy a car is on a rainy day so you can see how well a car handles water on the road. We felt no pressure to buy the car and Jeremy explained everything to us in great detail. After deciding to trade in our current vehicle and purchase one, we then met with Cleo Ricks to handle the finances. Like Jeremy, Cleo was very personable and made the whole financing experience enjoyable. More

I had been to several other dealerships and had terrible experiences and almost gave up. So glad I didn't, I love my Honda Accord Coupe. Will Green in Finance took time to go over every thing with me. He is knowledgeable and so nice. And he got me a great rate. All the staff was friendly and the all the cars I saw on the lot were in excellent condition. My car was Detailed and ready when I got to the lot to finish the deal. Flood Vehicles? Involved in Wrecks and Rust. Not Safe. Drove to Georgia to make the purchase. Had to leave a nonrefundable deposit on truck. Got there and seen it was misreprented in many ways. Even though they stated to me the seats were perfect. But that was the least of my worries. They stated their service dept went through this vehicle and made all necessary repairs. Service tech must be blind. The power window did not work even though advertised as having power windows. Sales manager claimed someone there was sitting on the door and must have been on the power window button burning up the motor. So why is someone sitting on the door in the first place? Then they stated it has power windows but that doesnt mean they have to be working., they advertise like that all the time. Really? So on my way back home, the low coolant light came on. Filled it up and back on road. Then the check engine light came on. Got home and the next morning there was coolant all over the driveway. Took it to a real service tech. Bad water pump. Bad alternator belt. Bad A/C belt. Check engine light showed 2 pages of possible problems. But then the biggie. The engine sounded as if it had bad gas in it. Tech told me that Chevrolets had a part on it that when it gets wet, it will sound like that. this part was in the engine area. He would not state 'FLOOD VEHICLE" but did say it should be obvious as to why there was water in the engine. And there was rust issues as well. Contacted ALM and they stated "you passed up on the extended warranty". Really? Well if this vehicle went through an inspection and they stated everything was fixed, then why am I having problems. Shouldnt need an exteded warranty for problems that were supposed to be addressed before the purchase. They stated that it was now my problem, not theres. I could go on forever with problems i had with this vehicle and ALM. But not worth my time. I will mention one other fact,. I called the finance dept because I overpaid by $100. Needed to know where my refund was at. He thought he put me on hold. He made a few comments about me. When I asked what he said, he started laughing and said "I was just thinking out loud". Yea I heard you idiot. He stated "you should be happy I am even helping you". What a bunch of idiots. They kept telling me I got a great deal and should be happy. Yea well how is it a great deal when the truck had been wrecked (found that out later), possibly flooded, and a rust bucket. Not to mention putting another $5,000 in it. Yea that was a great deal. Stay away from these idiots. I will continue posting until my fingers bleed. Everyone needs to know who these people are. More
