Total Incompetence To start with the sales rep was very friendly and courteous and sold me a car. After that it was all down hill from there. ( Why we'll have it detaile To start with the sales rep was very friendly and courteous and sold me a car. After that it was all down hill from there. ( Why we'll have it detailed and fix a few minor scratches and a couple of paint chips and you can pick it up in 3 to 4 days. ) The same day that I gave them a check for the car it cleared my bank. And it took me 22 days, not sure how many phone calls and 4 trips there before I finally got my car. The paint and body shop there is a total joke. At the beginning of the 3rd week someone there called and asked if i could bring the car back to have the emissions test done that they had forgotten. REALLY !! Are you kidding me, you still have the car ! Day 22 and I go to pickup the car for the 3rd time and now they can't find the keys. After an 1 1/2 hrs. or so I get the keys, take care of the emissions test and I'm on my way back home to detail the myself. I will NEVER set foot back in ALM Kia South again. I have 1 year of free oil changes there. They can keep their oil. Wasted 17 1/2 hrs of my life at KIA South! Never again!!! More

excellent I went in for an oil change, but received so much more. I was informed that I had a nail in my rear tire. My low air pressure light had been on for I went in for an oil change, but received so much more. I was informed that I had a nail in my rear tire. My low air pressure light had been on for months, but I did nothing to investigate. I was given the price to replace the tire and was told everything else was fine. More
