Highly disappointed, was not given inspection report even though I asked Jeremiah Bivens for one. Car not detailed as promised and poor communication. He called me the day the transport company arrived to tell me he needed more time to get it detailed (cleaned). I texted him for him to email me the inspection report and he never answered my text. I did a survey for Navy Federal Credit Union and informed them of my displeasure. Jeremiah Bivens told me he was going to price a new set of keys for me as the Ford Expedition came with only one and never did. Unacceptable and unprofessional. My son is looking to buy a car in the next year (he lives in Jonesboro) but it will not be at ALM Kia South. More
The service center was extremely run down and the employees that I dealth with were not helpful. They just wanted me to buy a car instead of helping me understand and assisting me with my own car.
