My appointment was at 7:30, no one showed up until 8am, even though service department opens at 7am. It took me 3 months to get in for an appointment. However after successfully completing the survey I know longer heard from the service tech Alex who called and texted me after hours on a google voice line might I add to do the survey in which I obliged and haven’t heard anything since letting him know it was completed. I brought car in for a new key. I had an appointment after key came in. I waited two hours for the key. When I was asked to pay and handed the fob they realized there was no key.
