Really HORRIBLE experience. My car has been in service for a month to replace the break pads and the gas cap. More than 2 weeks after I confirmed the work to be completed, they My car has been in service for a month to replace the break pads and the gas cap. More than 2 weeks after I confirmed the work to be completed, they are still waiting for "parts". It is almost IMPOSSIBLE to speak to someone in Service. I had to call at least 8 times, and threaten that I will report my vehicle as stolen before someone bothered to call me back. AVOID this dealership - they are the worst of the worse! More

Went here for the first time oil change, good service and manageable wait time. Little oil under front hood where the grill is but nothing to worry about. In BMW where I service my car they add all fluids ne manageable wait time. Little oil under front hood where the grill is but nothing to worry about.
