As of early July, the collision/body shop is closed because everybody quit or was fired. Car repairs that were in progress have been sitting for months. The service manager has been saddled with tryi because everybody quit or was fired. Car repairs that were in progress have been sitting for months. The service manager has been saddled with trying to restart the operation at the same time as he is running the service department, but cannot find any experienced workers. They refuse to send partially-completed cars to other dealers to complete the repairs. They never answer the phone or return calls. It's a mess. More

Worst customer service experience ever. They had my car over 2 weeks. My service advisor only ever contacted me twice, both times incorrectly telling me repairs had started (they hadn’t) or They had my car over 2 weeks. I had to call over a dozen times, leave multiple voicemails, just to get any accurate update on my repair. I will NEVER set foot on that place again. EVER. More
