I’ve been a long time customer of KIA ALM but my most recent visit to the service department was very unsatisfactory. After spending over $1000 to get new front and rear brakes, after leaving the dea recent visit to the service department was very unsatisfactory. After spending over $1000 to get new front and rear brakes, after leaving the dealership my brakes are still squeaking. I also paid to have my fog lights installed, however, before actually driving off the lot, I thought to myself, “Let me check and just make sure the lights are working.” After getting out of my car and actually looking at my vehicle, not only were the fog lights not installed, but there was a wire hanging below the bumper that I had to call my service rep to plug in. He then went into the back to see why what he Told Me Was Done, Was Actually NOT Done. He came back to tell me that only 1 fog light arrived and I would have to come back for my 3rd visit to get both fog lights installed. If I wouldn’t have checked for myself, I would have just driven off the lot and assumed that what I paid for was actually done! I’ve sent messages to the service rep and left three messages asking for a service manager to call me to discuss my issues but I have not heard back from anyone. So now I’m wondering if I should even try and get them to correct the problems and give me what I paid for or just cut my losses and find a dealership and service department that is concerned about properly serving their long term customers.
